FRAME/WORKS is a boutique architecture and project management studio operating across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
The studio delivers architecture, interior design, technical coordination, and project delivery services across retail, hospitality, workplace, residential, and commercial sectors, with particular expertise in complex and high-precision environments.
FRAME/WORKS does not approach architecture as the creation of isolated objects, but as the definition of the conditions within which form, function, brand identity, and construction can operate coherently together.
FRAME/WORKS provides architecture, interior design, technical coordination, and project management services across all project phases, from early concept development through construction and final delivery.
Through an integrated and execution-oriented approach, the studio coordinates design, technical development, regulatory compliance, and on-site implementation to deliver coherent, technically resolved, and construction-ready environments.
The practice also integrates emerging technologies and digital workflows, including AI-supported processes and advanced 3D scan survey methodologies developed in collaboration with specialized external consultants, to enhance accuracy, coordination, analysis, and project efficiency throughout the design and construction process.

Our work is to make that frame explicit, and uncompromising.
We do not search for ideas.
We define conditions.
Within them, form becomes inevitable.
A clear frame produces freedom.
An unclear frame produces noise.
We reject decoration disguised as design.
We reject ambiguity sold as flexibility.
We reject solutions that depend on explanation.
We work where decisions matter:
between brand ambition and physical reality,
between drawing and construction,
between intent and responsibility.
We value precision over expression.

Luxury is not excess.

We do not explain weak ideas with strong language.
We do not promise speed, cheapness, or effortlessness.
We do not accept briefs that reject limits.
We do not add elements to compensate for lack of structure.
We do not modify the frame to avoid conflict.
We do not hide uncertainty behind concepts.

We do not produce work that only functions in renderings.
